Personal Life Coaching Essential Self-Management Technology

Helping caring men and women transition through
life changes since 1990
I am one of those very lucky folks who have found the path to balance and enjoyment in life by loving what I do and doing what I love. As a personal life coach with past experience as designer, entrepreneur, writer, therapist, artist and observer of the world around me, I have come to some conclusions about life.
|
Chief among them are that:
• There is a great difference between life and living
• There is something that every human can call Spirit
• "Just Do It" is the greatest piece of philosophical thought ever penned.
All the above leads me to live my life hugged by two primary fields of interest which create a
perfect balance for me.
• Living and working as a Professional Personal Life Coach helping others deal with their reality and
move toward their dreams.
• Making and selling the finest examples of miniature Shaker furniture in the world.

Other:
Designer, entrepreneur, inventor, business owner, small business consultant. Owned two
manufacturing business, some successes, some failures, much learning. Currently work largely
with entrepreneurs and successful people looking for more understanding, satisfaction and
achievement in their personal lives and careers. Served as adjunct on six doctoral committees.
Served for 6 years as national board member on Alumni Graduate Board for The Union
Institute and University.
After a successful first career in business and many years of preparation for a second
career in therapy, I turned to coaching because I began to see that most people come into
therapy with much difficulty and leave with little success. What most of the clients I saw
really needed was not a long term shrink, but simply someone who could listen to them
with a qualitative and sensitive understanding of their world and ask the questions that
we all too often do our best to avoid, but which are critical to the quality of our survival.
Only through that awareness can they move forward to achieve the great things that all of
my clients are capable of. And, it happens regularly.
I ask my clients to be accountable for the results they create in their lives and I see that the
great results I create in my life are coaching oriented. My skills, talents and experience give me
a unique set of credentials which have been the foundation of a wonderfully satisfying coaching
career.
And finally, because balance is one of the necessary elements of a great life, I also keep my hand
in as a nationally recognized miniature craftsman. Blending many years of experience in furniture
design and manufacturing with a love for the Shaker traditions of functionality, design, life-
integrity and the search for spiritual perfection, I find great satisfaction in this pursuit. I use this
time as an island of rest and meditation in a loud and busy world.
So, there you have it. Please, browse around the pages and let me know what you think. I'm
always eager to make a new friend and client, hopefully both in the same person.
